CA Application Performance Management Agent (APM / Wily / Introscope)INTROSCOPE
Unable to connect to EM using Workstation Client. There is the following message when connecting to the EM using the Workstation Client. Sometimes a restart of APM allows temporarily reconnecting to the application. Also noticed that it doesn't disconnect an user who is already connected.

Per Engineering, this seems be a bug,
However, there is a workaround - Restart the EM and will be able to login through the Workstation client.
