Issue/Introduction

This article provides instructions for removing a specific account template from all assigned users within an endpoint using the Provisioning Manager. This procedure ensures the template is effectively delinked from multiple user accounts.

Environment

Identity Manager 14.5

Cause

Administrators may need to remove an assigned account template from all users when a specific template is no longer required for an endpoint with multiple template assignments.

Resolution

To remove an account template from all users, perform the following steps in the Provisioning Manager:

1. Open the Provisioning Manager.
2. Navigate to the Templates section and locate the specific template to be removed.
3. Right-click on the template and select List Accounts.
4. Select the Account (or multiple accounts) from the resulting list.
5. Select the Remove Template option to complete the delinking process.
