Request List configuration missing columns as to 14.1

Issue/Introduction
When configuring a request list, 14.1 shows many more columns than 17.2. At 14.1 the list of columns to select from is longer. At 17.2 e.g. the column 'Gruppe/Take over from' … is missing. This column is necessary for work on any requests at the client site. Saving any changes of the columns definitions doesn’t work either. >> In 14.1, the list of columns is (much) longer. >> In 17.2, this list is too short for the customer.
>> EndUser needs all fields as in 14.1 to be in the list.

Resolution
Defect DE48671 has been created for this. To be worked on by our Engineering Team. Depending on the results of the analysis, the solution for this is possibly to be expected as a patch or fix or a future release. In other words, there is no permanent solution at this time. The issue is currently being researched. Additional information will be provided as it becomes available.

Repro scenario for r17.2 1. Login to the SC-UI (spadmin/spadmin) 2. Home/Requests, open e.g. the 'Pending' requests list. 3. Hit the 'config' icon >>>> The issue: >> In 14.1, the list of columns is (much) longer. >> In 17.2, this list is too short for the customer.
