create Eclipse repository with stage number causing Invalid stage specified SCL error

Issue/Introduction

Create Eclipse repository with using environment SMPLTEST with two stages 't' and 'q'.

Those stages are correctly displayed in repository view.

Then right click on stage 't' and create project.

In project view Stage 't' is changed to '1'.

When stageid '1' is used to read elements in Endevor. 

Error message:

INVALID STAGE SPECIFIED.
