Event Detectors not migrated

Issue/Introduction

We recently migrated Netmaster from version v12.1 to v12.2 and at first everything went well but we identified that the EVENT DETECTORs were not migrated.

The EVENT Detectors are defined within the IPFILE.

When you set up the region there was a 'SETUP Migration Information'.
