ABEND=SEC6 U0000 REASON=0F01C008 on z/OS running ACF2

Issue/Introduction

RESOLVER won't start, failed with ABEND=SEC6 U0000 REASON=0F01C008.  How is this fixed?

Resolution

OMVS and the related components need started task validation active.  Do a SHOW STATE and check to make sure that STC OPTION=ON.  If it is off, activate it. 

TSO ACF
SET CONTROL(GSO)
CHANGE OPTS STC
F ACF2,REFRESH(OPTS)
 
NOTE:  This will turn on validation for all your started tasks.  If this was never done, you may need to write rules for all started tasks.
