Cause

The messages are caused by a port scanner process that checks for vulnerabilities in the networking environment.

Environment

DevTest 10.3 Enterprise Dashboard on Windows or Linux

Resolution

These messages should not cause a problem.
Network administrators in charge of the port scanner should be able to exempt the DevTest EDB installation from being scanned.
