Issue/Introduction

Have the escalation policy execute when User Attribute (2) is blank

userAttribute1 to userAttribute10 is not set to null by default, it has a blank string.

SOI 4.2

Resolution

You need to use comparison type Matches regex with with Attribute value ^$
User Attribute (1) Matches regex "^$"
