Can we use PGM|PROGRAM rule entry parameter in resource rule?
Only Access rules allow for the use of PGM|PROGRAM on the rule entry to define the environment. PGM|PROGRAM on the rule entry is not allowed for Resource rules. Valid Access and Resource entry rule parameters follow.
