What is port and IP of EM for new tenant.

Issue/Introduction

 Please provide us with the details of IP address/addresses and ports to connect to the SAAS environment where specific tenants are created.

Resolution

We provide a Manager URL with hostname and port. Not an IP address. This is because a Load Balancer is used and the IP addresses are always changing.
The customer's firewall rule must match on fully-qualified domain name , else Infrastructure Engineering might be able to set up a range of IP's to match on for the firewall rule.
