Issue/Introduction

Error GIM38201E occurs when applying USERMOD RS63990 if PTF RO90198 has been already applied in CA Librarian 4.4.

Here is the full error message issued: 

GIM38201E ** THERE IS A MODID ERROR FOR ZAP ENTRY LIBRMAIN IN SYSMOD RS63990

Adding PRE RO90198 statement in apply JCL, also fails with error;

GIM23701E ** ZAP VER PROCESSING FOR SYSMOD RS63990 FAILED FOR MODULE LIBRMAIN IN LMOD LIBRMAIN IN THE CALJLINK LIBRARY.
                 THE RETURN CODE (08) EXCEEDED THE ALLOWABLE VALUE. DATE 19.100 - TIME 15:44:30 - SEQUENCE NUMBER 000004.

What is the process to apply both, PTF and USERMOD?

There is no need to apply RS63990 when RO90198 is already applyed.
In this case, APAR #:RS90537 must be applied instead of APAR # RS63990.
