CEM not recording new transactions

We have not been able to record any transactions since we installed version 10.7.
The Application traffic is http (no SSL). This issue is occurring with all http traffic.
Make sure proxyforwarder is set accordingly under TIM setting.
If proxyforwarder is not set or not accurate, there may be issue with recording transactions.
