Issue/Introduction
ReportAgent is installed by upgrading to 14.1 CP1 though it was not installed before upgrade.
Environment
PAMSC 14.1 CP1 / Windows
Resolution
The fix will be included into the next 14.1 Cumulative patch.
ReportAgent can be disabled by following procedure:
1. Stop PAMSC
\> secons -s
2. edit registry value
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ComputerAssociates\AccessControl\AccessControl\AccessControl Services
remove following line:
ReportAgent;CA PAMSC Report Agent
3. change ReportAgent service startup type to disabled
ReportAgent can be disabled by following procedure:
