Uninstall a Nimsoft Robot- Reboot required or not

Issue/Introduction

• We don't want to monitor few of the servers.
• We are planning to uninstall the Nimsoft Robot.
• Does, uninstalling a Nimsoft Robot require a reboot of the server?
• Can you please confirm whether it requires reboot or not on all the flavors of OS such as Windows, Unix, Linux, and Solaris?
   

Environment

• DX UIM, Any version

Resolution

For a normally running robot, if you shut down the robot service before doing the uninstall, no reboot should be required on any OS type or version.
