Are there any ways to ring the terminal alarm from xxxxAOMP when the terminal OCS window is closed ?

Resolution

There is no way to use &WRITE to send to a terminal that does not have an OCS window open. Instead the Broadcast Services Interface can be used with IMM=YES. It will interrupt the user’s current work.
