VANTAGE CONMSG with variables not substituted

Issue/Introduction

 SLSXXXX message are not trapped with CONMSG scripts,the email is sent but the variables are not substituted.
The following messages are displayed on the log of VANTAGE:

Resolution

The ACCT_FLAG should be set to Y, to have the variable correctly substituted.
An idea is opened on ca community to have a warning message when this parameter is set to N:
