VANTAGE CONMSG with variables are not being substituted

Issue/Introduction

 SLSXXXX message are not trapped with CONMSG scripts, but the email is sent; however, the variables are not being substituted:

Resolution

The ACCT_FLAG should be set to Y, to have the variables correctly substituted. 
An idea was opened in the 'Communities' portal to have a warning message issued when this parameter is set to N:
