The event view is limited to returning the first 10 pages of events, but it was maxing out at 101 rows even when the page size was increased. THere are more than 101 events.

CA Performance Management 3.5 GA Release

Resolution

This issue is fixed in the 3.5 January kit and later 

To correct this you would need to upgrade to a later revision, this would be corrected in any revision past 3.5 GA Release
