[ARA] Archived filter not working in dynamic property view of the deployment profiles

Issue/Introduction

Unexpected behavior where archived components should be no longer selectable in the deployment dynamic properties view of ARA/CDA

The archived component is no longer displayed in the component view which is correct. However, if go to the dynamic properties for a deployment profile and then use "properties of", the archived component can still be selected. This is very irritating because the component does not exist in the component view.

Desired behavior would be that archived components are no longer selectable in the deployment profiles dynamic properties view.

Resolution

We have the bug fixed where archived components should be no longer selectable in the deployment dynamic properties view.
Fix will be delivered in the following versions:

• Release.Manager 8.0.5 (planned release on 2019-05-20)
• Release.Manager 9.0.3 (planned release on 2019-06-04)
• Release.Manager 10.0.0 (planned release on 2019-06-28)
