TDM: ORA-29540 class maskfunctions do not exist

Issue/Introduction

 Inflight masking on Oracle is failing with error ORA-29540: class maskfunctions does not exist. 

Environment

TDM 4.x +
Oracle 12G

Cause

the maskfunctions.class not loaded into the JVM

Resolution

loadjava -v -user scrambleUser/[email protected] -resolve maskfunctions.class
