Reset the 2E model value for YMSGNBR

Issue/Introduction

Running out of numbers in YMSGNBR model value, how I can to reset it in 2E?  Currently at 9999 in the YMSGNBR Model Value.  Would like to change the Model Prefix (YMSGPFX) to a new prefix and reset the YMSGNBR counter to 0001. 

Environment

CA 2E 8.7 and higher

Resolution

Perform the following:

1. Make sure no one is editing the model
2. YCHGMDLVAL YMSGPFX, assign a new prefix
3. YEDTDTAARA YMSGNBRRFA, reset to 1
4. Edit the model, add a test message and check the MSGID assigned.
