User action status RFI

Issue/Introduction

Running report query we find that there are more status in 14.2. Meaning that before we had 1, 2, and 3 now 2= approved but not submitted 3= approved User action state = 4 we would like to know what this means?

Here are the status codes for the others:

The user action is in progress (outstanding, i.e. are not submitted yet) NEW(1)

The user action is in a pending zone (saved and waiting for submit) PENDING(2)

The user has submitted a result for the action SUBMITTED(3)

Archived tasks were completed automatically ARCHIVED(4)
