Spanish/German Characters do not display properly in the Modern UI

Issue/Introduction

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a Project attribute with the following as the name of the attribute:
óáéíàâûèñäöüÜ
2. Display this attribute in the Project properties page of Classic UI
3. Go to Blueprints in the Modern UI, and have this attribute displayed in the Details page

Expected Results: The attribute name (in the Modern UI) shows the dots and lines above each character properly (as in the Classic UI)
Actual Results: The attribute name displays properly in the Classic UI, whereas it misses out on the dots and lines above characters in the Modern UI

This issue is caused due to a know defect - DE48309

Resolution

Defect DE48309 has been fixed in version 15.6.1.
