Upgrading Redhat on CA PM servers

Issue/Introduction

I have been advised that we need to update Redhat from 7.3 to a newer version that our company supports. The Unix admins said that it can be 7.4 for the time being because the current supported version is 7.6. What is required in order to upgrade Redhat to new enterprise version for the CA Performance manager servers. I have 3 Collectors, 3 Repositories and a Console and an Aggregator.

Resolution

Minor OS upgrade are supported. Please make sure to shutdown each component before upgrading the OS.
