Issue/Introduction

The tasks have actuals, ETC for both cost types.

These cannot be seen in the cost plan as they plan was not grouped by Cost Type.

Resolution

This is because the cost plan of record does not include Cost Type in the Grouping Attributes.


User needs to include cost type as grouping attribute to ensure that operating vs capital distribution is correct on simple budget page.

If cost type is not included in the grouping attributes the cost is assumed as operating cost.
