Can we have different releases of CA Symdump and CA Intertest for CICS running in the same CICS region?

Issue/Introduction
The client has to upgrade CA Intertest and Symdump CICS at their site to a supported release. Does the client have to upgrade both products at the same time in each CICS region or can the client upgrade Intertest CICS to a higher release level and then go back and upgrade Symdump CICS at a later time?

Resolution
Both products must be upgraded at the same time in the CICS region. Both products must be at the same release level. Intertest and Symdump CICS share common load modules. A mixed release level environment would cause problems.
