When setting up an APM to do thread dumps when the server agent reports high CPU usage, the thread dump seems to be in a specific/proprietary encoding and cannot be opened by any of the normal means. Including Eclipse Memory Analyser Tool (MAT) and/or text editors. Although, APM can open them just fine.
Is there any way of decoding it so it is plain text?
Cause
Could be one of the following reasons: 1. Corrupted file 2. APM EM console Login User Credentials 3. File creation steps not followed correctly
