UMP default reports are not generating

Issue/Introduction

In our Unified report Management portal, below default repots are configured.
Top N server by memory usage.
Top N server by disk usage.
Top N server by cpu usage.

Suddenly we are not getting these reports

Environment

UIM 8.51

Cause

the portal.log shows a problem accessing the SQL Server

Resolution

Tested the ODBC connection successfully using the stesp from https://comm.support.ca.com/kb/ODBC-Connectivity-Testing-Using-the-Microsoft-Data-Link-API-Tool/KB000056068

Reboot of the UMP Server resolved the case.
