Issue/Introduction

In certain situations Security assessment of Spectrum requires sessions lock after X minutes of inactivity to prevent un-authorised access to devices and functions within the OneClick console.

Is there any option to enable a session lock on a user's OneClick console after certain minutes of inactivity

Environment

Spectrum 10.x

Resolution

Yes, you can set OneClick Client Inactivity timeouts. To do so, open the OneClick Web Page, select Administration -> OneClick Client Configuration. In the OneClick Client Configuration you will see the OneClick Client/WebClient Inactivity Timeout in minutes.
