When going in to 11.5 CA Web Viewer Reports List, the Export option does not appear as an option in the report dropdown menus. We upgraded version 11.5 and moved to new WIN2012 servers. We are also using WIN10 workstations now. This had worked, but not sure when it stopped showing up.
Updating Web Viewer AdmTool File - Preferences - Global User Actions tab settings for Exporting - Enabling resolved the issue.
Customer forgot to retain these settings when installing 11.5 Web Viewer and applying Level Set #4 on the new Windows 2012 Servers.
