Clarity PPM: Jaspersoft Timesheet Detail report not reporting hours on a Sunday

Issue/Introduction

The Jaspersoft report Timesheet Detail is not reporting time for Sundays.
This occurs on Clarity implementations on MS Sql Server.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Post a timesheet with hours for a resource with the hours being included on Sunday
2. Run the Post Timesheets, Update Report Tables, Load Data Warehouse Jobs
3. Run the Timesheet Detail report.

Expected Result: The hours posted for Sunday should show up on the report.
Actual Result: The hours posted for Sunday do not show up on the report.

This is reported as DE37752 and is fixed in 15.3.0.5+
