Child Thread information not showing for all DBA's

Issue/Introduction

Some DBA's can only see Threads with a status of PARENT-D and some can also see the Threads with a status of CHILD-D.

Cause

Screen set in Active mode 

Resolution

Set display mode to ALL from ACTIVE to display all Threads PARENT-D and CHILD-D.
This can be changed by updating the field at the Top Right hand side of the Screen showing ACTIVE and overtyping to ALL
