Issue/Introduction

In New User Experience (UX) Timesheets, when I press the Tab Key to navigate in Timesheet Cells, existing values are not preselected and cursor appears at the end of the value on the new timesheet UX, when using the Tab key to navigate through populated timesheet cells in order to replace the existing values, the value is not preselected and cursor is placed at the end of the value.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Navigate to Clarity PPM Classic UI timesheets and edit an existing timesheet
2. Click on Add task and choose any task
3. Enter values for each one of the days (from Monday to Friday)
4. Go back to the Monday cell and using the tab move along the rest of the days. The value in Tuesday is preselected. If a new value is entered, the preselected value is replaced.
5. Go to Modern New UX timesheets > Edit an existing timesheet
6. Populate timesheet
7. Enter values for each one of the days (from Monday to Friday)
8. Go back to the Monday cell and using the tab move along the rest of the days

Expected Results: The value in Tuesday is preselected. If a new value is entered, the preselected value is replaced.
Actual Results: The cursor is placed at the end of the value. You must delete the existing value before you can enter a new one
