Issue/Introduction

Is there an alternative method (respect to use the proxyui admin) to manage and configure Rotation and Retention for the server.log?

Environment

CA SSO 12.8 SP1 Access Gateway

Resolution

The server.log file is controlled by the Tomcat server, which is configured from log4j.

Configuring the Tomcat/properties/logger.properties file according to that document
will make the server.log to be rotated when reaching a given size.
