Issue/Introduction

After executing a Plan Analyzer for Db2 for z/OS (PPA) future explain for a package that had unqualified tables, the target subsystem
was different that the source. Plan Analyzer was able to determine the correct qualifier to use without  user specifying it in the SQL qualifier panel.

Resolution

Explain will use the qualifier from SYSPACKAGE or SYSPLAN for catalog SQL unless the user has requested through the
PPA explain option, SQL qualifier override, that another qualifier be used instead for all unqualified objects.
