Trying to add an e-mail address with a single quote in the users name in ACF2 user profile record WORKATTR field WAEMAIL causes an error ACF67030

Issue/Introduction
When attempting to add a user email address that contains an apostrophe, ACF2 issues an error. Example:
INSERT ABCDE WAEMAIL(Michael.O'[email protected])
ACF67030 INVALID OPERAND - WAEMAIL

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The WAEMAIL field of the WORKATTR PROFILE record does not accept single quote characters. A single quote should be valid since WAEMAIL represents an email address. SYMPTOMS: ACF INSERT and CHANGE subcommands fail with this message: ACF67030 INVALID OPERAND - WAEMAIL
IMPACT: ACF2 administrators cannot specify a single quote within the WORKATTR PROFILE record WAEMAIL field.
CIRCUMVENTION: If possible avoid use of the single quote character in WAEMAIL.
