incorrect links in OC

Issue/Introduction

We have a few models generating BAD LINK critical alarm for a non operational port. The port is showing a device connected to it but that device is actually connected to another port which up and operational.

Resolution

If we look then in the Cisco CDP table of the devices showing incorrect links, we see the connection info is visible there.
This information matches the connection information shown in the interface tabs re the connections.
This data is supplied by the device mib so is a device issue and you will need to discuss this with Cisco.
