Resolution
A1) In the case of TIM, it is not recognized until EM transaction occurs after restarting EM. (This time it occurred triggered by EM restart, it seems that the transaction did not appear for several days, so it was not displayed until mounting.)
A2) Even if you create multiple business services with different names in EM of the same host, there is one effective business service. If business transactions with exactly the same conditions are included, one of the business services will be in effect. If the business service once activated has another business service enabled at the next opportunity, that first business service will be greyed out. Multiple business services will not be activated.
