Slow Performance in the New User Tasks

Issue/Introduction

STEPS TO REPRODUCE 

NOTE: Use DB with have a large number of projects (more than 3000 projects)

1. Login with Admin user
2. Go to New UX. Click on Task (checkbox icon in left hand navigation) 

Expected Results: 
Results should be displayed fast

Actual Results: 
"Loading page... please wait" 
It takes a lot of time to display the results. (i.e. over 40 seconds load time)
