Custom Time Range Box is Deformed in Chrome

Issue/Introduction

For some CA PM users, the custom Time Range Box is Deformed in Chrome.  This is not Chrome or Version dependent.  This has been seen on both Mac and Windows running Chome.  On the same Mac where this is seen, the issue is not seen in Safari or  Mozilla browser in PM.  Issue was seen in v3.5 as well.

Resolution

 The time picker has been completely rewritten for 3.7 so this issue is resolved in CAPM 3.7.
