Issue/Introduction
After upgrade to zOS 2.3 with ACF2 r16.
IBM WebSphere Application Server z/OS 8.5.0 getting an abend:
CCSR010E SAFOEGES S0C4 at 000027D6

Resolution
IBM opened z/OS UNIX APAR OA57141.
IBM z/OS UNIX module (BPXVOSIT) was passing a grouplist which was much too small
to hold the max number of entries we had specified in group_count in the IRRPCOMP
macro for (IRRSGE00): Get UIDs, GIDs, and supplemental groups
callable service.
Note: the abend can occur at any random address but the module name is always SAFOEGES
