GIM69148S error when doing Receive from Network

Issue/Introduction

When testing SMP/E Internet Service Retrieval the following messages are received:
GIM69148S ** KEY RING SMPERING ASSOCIATED WITH USERID USERA WAS NOT FOUND.
GIM20501I    RECEIVE PROCESSING IS COMPLETE. THE HIGHEST RETURN CODE WAS 12.

Resolution

The keyring is defined as the following:
KEYRING =  SMPERING         ACCESSORID = USERA
    ADMIN BY= BY(ADMIN1)    SMFID(TRAPS)   ON(03/19/2019)  AT(14:38:21)
 KEYRING LABEL = SMPE INTERNET RETRIEVAL

The application searches for the Keyring Label not the Keyring name.
The Keyring label is SMPE INTERNET RETRIEVAL, not SMPERING.  The ORDERSERVE definition needs to to reflect the correct Keyring label of SMPE INTERNET RETRIEVAL  and not the Keyring name of SMPERING.
