Issue/Introduction

What service class should be defined for Database Management for Db2 for z/OS PXNPRC XNET.

Resolution

Its recommend that you assign Xmanager a dispatching priority that is higher than Db2 DBM1, DIST or WLM address spaces, any allied address space such
as CICS, IMS, or WebSphere, or any other address space executing SQL. The same considerations apply if you are using WLM in goal mode.
However, the Xmanager address space should be assigned to a service class with velocity and importance equal to or higher than the service class
assigned to the Db2 system regions and your Db2 applications. This same recommendation holds true for PXNPRC XNET as well.
