Attempting to create new idea via xog and receiving an error

Issue/Introduction

I'm trying to XOG in a new idea. The XML for this XOG will eventually be part of a process, but for now am testing the XML on it's own through XOG. XOG input and output are attached In the XML, I include the plannedCostStart & plannedCostFInish with the same date value, but the error is returning as INV-0021: Planned Cost Finish date is earlier than Planned Cost Start date.

Resolution

Both Planned Cost Finish date and Planned Cost Start date on the same day/time, you should make Start Date for example one day before.
