The CA CSM COMMON SERVICES (FMID: CETN600) is only related to customers that are actively using CA Mainframe Software Manager (CA MSM)
The CA CSM COMMON SERVICES is specific to CA MSM functionality involving the Software Deployment Service (SDS) and the Software Configuration Service (SCS)
CA MSM can be used to install/maintain products without CETN600 being installed.
Note: This documentation only makes reference to CA Common Services for z/OS (CCS) Version 14.0 and 14.1. However, CA Common Services for z/OS (CCS) Version 15.0 follows same process. Note: It is recommended that CA MSM be used to install this package.
CA CSM COMMON SERVICES can be installed into CA Common Services for z/OS 14.1 or 15.0 environments
CA CSM COMMON SERVICES installs into existing CA Common Services for z/OS target and distribution libraries
Target library hlq.CAW0XML0 and DDDEF CAW0XML0 are defined only to be used by CETN600
PTF RO64952 is not applicable to CA Common Services for z/OS (CCS) Version 15.0
