Alarms can be sent via the sngtw to open tickets in Service Now using the assignment rule for the rsp alarms - alarms will be assigned to the user configured within sngtw.
Alarm messages can be created in the rsp alarm configuration using one or more of the following event variables for the event alarm messages:

◾$event_source
◾$event_code
◾$event_category
◾$event_logtype
◾$event_severity
◾$event_user
◾$event_computer

The alarm must be assigned to the Service Now user to get automatically assigned.
