Can we change Provisioning Role Custom Field to multivalue

We would like to set the Provisioning Role default custom attribute fields to 'multivalued' is this possible?

Unfortunately this is not possible.
The Provisioning Server's roles have multi-valued custom fields however IM only exposes those custom fields as single value and you can not alter the Profile screen to change the field type.
This is a product limitation and I recommend opening an Idea in the communities to get this updated in the future.
