Issue/Introduction

When using PKGSEC=APPROVER with userid included in the approver group but was not able to delete package.

Get message ENBP062E  Package ID 'XXXXXXX' is not available for the DELETE action

Resolution

The list of Approvers is established at Cast time. If user was added to the Approver group after the packages was cast it will be denied.
