Rally: Error "Invalid Token" when logging in to Rally using SSO

Issue/Introduction

Error received for an "Invalid Token" when logging into Rally using SSO.  This was happening to only one user in the org.

Resolution

1. Verify that the user does not have another browser window or tab open with a previously logged in session. 
2. Make sure this user is not using a bookmarked url to try to login as the SSO url is probably different. 
3. Have another user that can successfully login to Rally using SSO, validate that this user is using the correct way of logging into SSO (ie: the correct url etc...). 

If the above doesn't work, have the user reboot the computer to verify that there are no active sessions open or in a strange state. 

If the user continues to have issues, please send an exact time/date the user tried to login using SSO so I can look up the login in our Network logs. ( A couple of login times would be helpful).
