CA Top Secret DISPLAY Control Option no longer supported

Issue/Introduction

I was unable to locate any references to the DISPLAY control option, which apparently is obsolete in TSS r16. If the option is obsolete, this should be noted at least in "release differences".

Resolution

At CA Top Secret 4.4, it will always display its started task/procname/stepname in response to the MVS DISPLAY ACTIVE,LIST command, so the DISPLAY control option was really no longer needed.

The DISPLAY control option was removed at CA Top Secret 4.4 genlevel 9405 in the year 1994 which is why it is not documented in the CA Top Secret r15 and r16 documentation.
